This notice explains how Masar Tech handles personal data collected through this website, in line with Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018).

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, organisation, email address, timeline and message. The site sets no tracking cookies and does not identify visitors.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing lists.

Who processes it

Contact-form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, and our email is hosted by our email provider. Both may process data outside Bahrain. The site is hosted by Vercel.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@masartech.dev and we will respond within 15 working days. You may also complain to Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Authority.
